THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR FINAL DECISION - PESKY POLICIES

Please read thoroughly before placing your order.

Thank you for considering Spunky Yard Signs as a fun addition to your celebration.

Please note that by renting any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. 

​

Here are some things to know prior to placing your order:

***Please have or ask that the yard be watered prior to placement of the yard signs during Spring, Summer, or Fall months. It makes placement go much smoother. 

***Please let the homeowner know that a yard sign message will be placed in their yard at least a day prior to delivery to ensure that this is a fun surprise. 

***Please ask homeowner to turn off sprinklers during the time that the signage is placed. 

***Please alert the yard mowing service that a message will be displayed in the yard.

Rental & Reservations:

Payment - Payment is required at the time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. Your Credit card will be held on file until the rental event is completed. 

​

The greeting will be delivered on the night prior to your event date unless other arrangements have been made with Spunky Yard Signs. The greetings are typically delivered and set up after 7pm and removed after 7pm the following day. All prices include delivery, set up and removal of the yard signs.  

​

Spunky Yard Signs reserves the right to decline any orders that do not fit the good, fun loving nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given. 

​

Rush Orders - We will do our best to accommodate a rush order, but please keep the following in mind. Our ability to fulfill your request will be:

• Based on available inventory

  
  

• A rush fee may be charged

  
  

• We cannot guarantee a rush order 

  
  

• Order will be refunded if we are unable to complete the order

Missing or damaged lawn displays - These are rentals. All signs remain Spunky Yard Signs property. Missing or damaged lawn displays will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.  Signs should not be moved without approval from the Spunky Yard Signs team. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value.

Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard signs. These will not support the weight of a person or animal. We certainly don't want anyone to be hurt, nor do we want the yard signs damaged. 

​

Please protect our inventory to the best of your ability. Lawn debris, weed whackers, animals, etc can cause damage. As we mentioned, any damage sustained to the yard signs during the rental period will be charged full retail price via the credit card on file. 

​

If you have a lawn crew, please make arrangements for them to come before our set up. The weed whackers damage the signs. 

​

Spunky Yard Signs loves balloons, however please do not attach balloons to the yard signs. Balloons get hot and they can get damaged as can the signs. Melted balloons and yard signs don't go well together. 

​

If you have a lawn crew, please make arrangements for them to come before or after the yards signs are displayed.  

​

$25 per day late fee - If you gain approval from Spunky Yard signs to remove the signs, please leave the display out where we may pick it up without someone being home. There will be a $25 per day late fee billed to your credit card on file until the entire display is retrieved. 

​

If you do need to have the signage removed early, please email us at spunkyyardsigns@gmail.com or call 419-461-9456. We will do our best to get them removed as quickly as possible.

Spunky Yard Signs and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the  set-up or removal of the yard signs. 

​

Refund Policy:

Cancellation - We know that things happen and we want to work with you. If you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1/2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund. 

​​

Inclement Weather - We will not be able to deliver your Spunky Yard Signs if there is lightening, tornados, thunderstorms, heavy rain, high wind, snowstorm, or any other crazy weather condition that would put our staff or yard signs at risk. In the event that this happens and if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a full refund will be given.

We will not refund payment:

• if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.

  
  

• due to errors that occur on the order submission. 

  
  

• if the wrong address is given.

  
  

• if access is denied due to being denied access to a gated community.

  
  

• due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up. 

  
  

• due to circumstances that prevent us from setting up that are out of our control.
